New Utility Billing Software

The Town of Washington will be converting to a new Utility Billing Software. The Utility Bills that all customers recieve will be changing to a full sheet of paper in an envelope. Please expect this change when you recieve your next bill around the beginning of January. Click here to view a sample bill. The new system will allow more functions for the customers to self-service their accounts, including logging on to pay your bill and view account history and usage.
